IT Manager

I joined Equity as an apprentice in March 2014 and after completing the apprenticeship course was promoted to IT Technician. Since July 2016, I have been working as an IT Manager.

I have had the opportunities to grow and develop with the company through continued training and development. I love how varied the role is and the daily challenges I face managing a whole network.

I work in a positive and dedicated team with a passion to improve IT solutions within the company.


Finance Manager

After completing an accountancy degree, I joined Equity as a graduate. Since joining I have been supported through my CIMA qualification, with the flexibility to attend college and have time off for study leave.

I work in a fantastic team where I have friends both professionally and personally. I am given the opportunities to do a wide range of roles with a diverse range of responsibility, so I am continually growing and developing with the company.


Finance Director, Infrastructure

After completing a math’s degree, I joined Equity in August 2008 as a Trainee Accountant after turning down an offer at a blue-chip company without the same opportunities for career progression and that was definitely the right decision for me. Since joining I have been supported through my ACA training which took 3 years and in 2011 I became a Financial Analyst. Over the next 3 years, from 2011- 2014, I was gradually exposed to more areas of the business and developed my commercial acumen allowing me to progress into a role with more responsibility.

Equity Solutions has been very supportive of my career progression. I have been given a diverse range of opportunities allowing me to grow and develop professionally into a Senior Director position.

I now oversee the Groups finance team and enjoy mentoring the team and supporting their own career progression.


Lead Property Manager

I joined Equity Solutions Property Services in December 2013 as  Property Services Support Assistant, supporting the wider property team. In January 2017, through training and exposure in different roles, I was promoted to Lead Property Manager, whereby I have increased responsibility and I am now assisting with the day to day running of the North estate property department.

I have completed a management training programme which enabled me to develop in my professional role and I am now dealing with a variety of situations broadening my knowledge further. The role is very diverse and involves lots of different elements so I find I am learning new things all the time.
